[Hallb-engineering] LCW in Hall B

Good morning,

    I had a meeting with facilities this morning in regards to LCW to the Hall.  There is a plan in place to repair the system that is going to require significant work in all 3 halls.  Facilities estimates that the problem will be resolved and the work complete by the first part of May. We are pushing for the end of April at the latest.  Contract workers are scheduled for Hall training in halls B and C tomorrow and hopefully will be working in the halls Wednesday.
