[Hallb-engineering] Utility power panel PM's

Good morning,

    Facilities will be conducting the remainder of the power panel preventive maintenance for Hall B this Thursday.  This will result in brief outages of utility power in the Hall as they test the breakers.  Clean power will not be effected.
