[Hallb-engineering] Next Mon, Apr 17, Hall B Meet with JLab's photographer

Dear all,

Next Monday, after the regular Hall B Meeting, JLab's photographer Aileen Devlin agreed to shoot some group photos of Hall B staff and to do portraits for those who are interested. 

The regular meeting starts as usual at 9:00 a.m. and I plan to close (or pause) the meeting for the photo shooting at 10:00 a.m.

On the Hall B web page a number of people were without bios and/or without photos and also no recent photo of the Hall B group exists. Daniel already put some effort in updating the web page. In addition, Physics Division is interested in getting CVs of staff members posted on web pages independent of the Hall B page. 

I would like to invite all technical and engineering staff to come to the CEBAF Center atrium at 10:00 a.m. 

Please make an effort to join the meeting in person, so that as many Hall B members as possible will be on the group photos.
