The procedure for the first half of the burp has been fully updated, except for adding the plots which I have yet to be able to reliably create and move from computer to computer!
The procedure calls out cooldown can start when the vacuum at TC8103 reaches ~1E-3 torr and presently it is 1.15E-3 torr. But because the blower inlet valve did not open when it should have this needs trouble shooting.
I'm going to request that the DSG have a look at the hardware and software and work with the Hall B team to diagnose this issue.

Otherwise the burp while a bit painful on the vacuum side was successful. We should not wait over 2 years to perform this operation again. 18 months should be the max.
