[Hallb-engineering] Start of RG-L run - shift cancellations

Folks,

As recently announced, the start of beam delivery for the RG-L run has been delayed. While we await an
official schedule, we have been told that we can presently expect a 1 week delay to the start of the physics
program.

So CLAS12 shifts in the period from Jan. 27 (owl) to Feb. 3 (owl) are now officially cancelled. We now plan to
begin shifts on Feb. 3 starting at 8 a.m. (day).
