[Hallb-engineering] Potential Torus Alarms

Aaron and I will be working on the LV chassis to try and fix TR8122A, we already tried stopping/starting the program on the cRIO, which didn't fix it.

Since a good portion of the sensors go through the LV chassis any alarms can be ignored for the time being.

We will make a logbook entry once work is complete for the day.
