[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Hall B solenoid cooldown below 120K

The flow through the Hall B solenoid stopped back in September and the temperature has been rising ~1K/day. 
The flow was established after the 4K flow was shut off for the SAD and burping the system 7/13, and shut off on 9/25. It is suspected that a differential temperature shut the supply valve because it got too high. This will be investigated.
Cryo has been contacted to be sure we can take up to 10g/s of warm helium and send it back to the purifiers
