[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Cryogenic Switchover from ESR To ESR2

ESR 1 to ESR 2 switch over began at ~8:36 pm Thursday March 6
Plots to follow the main signals are running in the counting house

At 11:48 we rearranged our valve setup to allow bypassing the magnet cold mass's and flow a batch of warm helium back to our ambient vaporizer at the request of Chris P from Cryo.
At 13:12 we have 100% LL in the Solenoid Lead Reservoir, 50% in the Solenoid Magnet Reservoir, and 60% in the Torus Lead Reservoir.  We requested to go to Cold Return to ESR2.

With the intention of slightly reducing the time to recover the Hall B Magnets during operation and after a trip we have requested the Max for EV6711B to go to 60% from 50% and this has been incorporated by  Cyro. We also have changed the Setpoint for EV8111CD Liquid Level from 82% to 40%

13:45 Hall B Magnets are on Cold Return with liquid levels satisfied.
