After CEBAF goes down at 8 am, we will survey and bring the hall to Restricted Access. Some detectors are planing to run cosmic calibration runs during the down time (ECal for example), so we will keep the hall lights of (last person leaving the hall tomorrow evening should make sure lights are off).</div>
