Just FYI. Replacement for failed unit removed from DBX Rack. 

The "New" - On-Line Smart UPS & accessory relay card is installed in the DBX rack presently. However, not yet being utilized for rack back-up power. 

The best method to switch it over will be discussed @ today's meeting.
