The resistance of Lead "A" heaters wired in parallel = 52.3 Ohms per set. 

I measured the "B" Lead Ice management cartridge heater set. It measures 104.7 Ohms. 

This would indicate one "good heater & one of the heaters is "OPEN" 

I won't know which one until they are separated. 

New replacement heaters are $59.70 ea. I suggest getting a couple of spares.
