[Hallb] Startup of eg1-DVCS running

Dear Collaborators,

The beginning of physics running after the summer shutdown is coming
up soon. The nominal date for the start of beam into Hall B is presently
slated as August 19. We would like to start staffing shifts therefore
on August 19 at noon time. Further announcements on status will be made
as needed if there are any delays either with the accelerator or Hall B.

Please check the shift schedule and make any necessary plans to cover
your assigned shifts. Be sure to come to take shifts fully prepared.

left-hand side of the page, see the "Documentation" category. There are
instructions manuals and primers, as well as the proposals for the
two experiments that make up this run period.
