[Hallb] Hall-B opening today

Dear Colleagues,
as anticipated by Doug, the beam-studies and therefore the Hall opening 
has been postponed at noon.
This morning MCC will work on the pass change (5 to 1). We hope to tune 
the beam  in the Hall before the beam studies will start.
All calibration run (CC, TOF and CLAS pedestals) are postponed to this 
afternoon.
We expect to resume the standard operations late today.
