[Hallb] eg1-dvcs extension and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

The decision has been made to extend current experiment eg1-dvcs by 
three days until 06:00 Thursday September 24. All shifts need to be 
manned until then. Please, check Shift schedule.
Eg6 will start with changeover 3 days later but will make use of the 5 
days of Thanksgiving running, therefore gaining two days.
