[Hallb] Hall B meeting

So far the g9-FroST run at 3.08 GeV electron beam energy has been going 
very well. Today we are changing over from circular polarization to 
linear polarization to begin data taking at the two lowest energies for 
the coherent peak - see Patrick Collin's RC report.
