[Hallb] Lehman review

Dear all,

 The Lehman review has ended and the review panel has presented their 
conclusions in today's closeout session. Hall B and  CLAS12 were 
represented by Lionel Quettier (Solenoid and Torus magnets) and Amrit 
Yegneswaran (Silicon Tracker).  The detector committee Andy Lankford 
(detectors) and Nicolai Martovetsky (s.c. magnets) were very satisfied 
with progress of the CLAS12 project and had no recommendations.

I like to thank Lionel and Amrit for their excellent and compelling 
presentations, and the entire CLAS12 team and collaboration for the 
dedication to make this project a shining success. Today we have made 
one more big step towards achieving this goal together!
