Hello
I can adapt to either approach however I want to point out that there have
been some shifts where I was grateful to have a person that had experienced
an event before I arrived on shift and could relate what had happened. I
feel that the staggering optimizes the information flow.

Dear Alexander,
I have already asked to the Coordinating Committee to discuss this
issue at the next Clas collaboration meeting and to vote to change the
crazy schedule that we have for worker shifts. I completely agree with
you that there is NO SENSE to have 4 hours of overlap.
