[Hallb] publications opt-in website problems

Dear CLAS members,

There is a continuing problem with the CLAS publications database.  You may have noticed this if you tried to opt-in as an author recently.  The source of the problem is the permissions that were set on various directories before and after the "cyber event" at JLab.  This is being worked on, and hopefully will be fixed within a day or two.    So be  please be patient.
