[Hallb] June 29 No AC in the hall

On Wed 6/29 there will be no AC in the Hall for the entire day
All electronics will need to be turned off before hand. No doors will be 
allowed to be open. All AC units will be turned off.

If electronics are still powered up on Tue evening we will simply hit 
the crash buttons that will shut down all of the racks in the hall. 
Please check your electronics and shut them down. If there are things 
that need to stay on please let me know and we can see what can be done.
