[Hallb] [Clas_members] CLAS shifts for tagger calibration data taking

Dear all,

We still have open shifts to sign up for tagger focal plane
calibration run that starts on March 26 and will continue
till April 5 (at most). Please sign up for these shifts. Try
to fill up shifts from the beginning of the run.

To sign up, login to the Hall B shift schedule page, select shifts
that are marked as "open shift" and put your name instead.
