[Hallb] Tagger calibration run ended

Dear all,

Tagger calibration run successfully ended today at 7am.
Thanks to every one who participated in run, took shifts
and took care of the detector.
There will be no more shifts for the calibration run. CLAS
shifts for the HDIce run are canceled till April 15.

During the calibration run sufficient amount of data was
collected for the tagger focal plane calibration. From what
can be seen in preliminary analysis (Eugene and Franz)
tagger is in good shape and ready for a physics run.

Another note is that there were no problems with electronics
in the Hall (IOC, network switches, BPM electronnics ...) during
the calibration run.
Every thing is back to normal after the TPE run.
