[Hallb] Hall work

Starting Thursday 5/19 the detector's in Hall B will start to be 
disconnected in preparation for the moving of the FWD carriage and the 
clam-shells.
Starting Monday after HDice is warm it will be removed (about 3 days) 
and taken back to the HDice lab and Carriage moves will begin.
Please beware of the changes to the hall configuration. Please stay in 
the established walk ways.
If you have work in the Hall make sure your BList is in ahead of time 
for approval.
