[Hallb] CLAS/CLAS12 meeting and CLAS celebration

Dear all,

  This is just a reminder that you should register if you are planning 
to participate in one or in all of Hall B events from Wednesday - 
Saturday. It is especially important to register for the Friday 
Celebration and Dinner event. CLAS and CLAS12 collaboration members who 
will be on-site must registration and pay the indicated fee.

Members of the technical and administrative support groups do not pay 
for either of these events including the special dinner on Friday. When 
you register, use the "no fee" button at the bottom of the registration 
page if you are exempt from the fee.
