information for JLab's quarterly report to DOE. This info is important 
and helps keep our research activity funded.
1) Publications and invited talks since January 1, 2013 in the 
publication web site (see link below)
2) Awards received with email to Linda Ceraul (ceraul at jlab.org).

The Quarterly Report to DOE is fast approaching.

The time period I need information on to submit to DOE is January 1 
through March 31, 2013.

Please be sure that you have entered all Invited talks presented (if 
same talk is given at more than one event all should be entered) that is 
associated with your work at Jefferson Lab. Also, enter a Thesis that 
you may have completed at Jefferson Lab. Be sure to update already 
entered talks and papers that may have been published during this time 
period.  The website for the publications database is as follows: 
https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/publications/

ALSO, please send AWARDS that have been presented to you during this 
period of time to ceraul at jlab.org. I need the title of the award, who 
gave award and the date it was announced.

I NEED TO RECEIVE THE AWARDS AND UPDATED PUBLICATIONS TO BE ENTERED BY 
NO LATER THAN APRIL 25, 2013
