[Hallb] help needed in the hall

Dear collaborators,

Last week we started cabling of the forward carriage. We have a great crew from FIU and GWU. Over the last week we cabled up two sectors of EC. This crew will continue through this week. However,starting from the next Monday, September 23, we need new volunteers to replace them and continue this important service work. Please contact me if you can contribute.
