[Hallb] preparations for CLAS12 ERR

Dear all,

For the CLAS12 baseline equipment Experimental Readiness Review (ERR) 
and for activities
in the hall next several months, some documents have to be prepared.
We have created a wiki "CLAS12 OPS Doc", link is available from CLAS12 
wiki, -
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CLAS12_OPS_Doc
where you will find relevant information on what is needed, who is a 
lead person and when
the document is needed.
As you will see, some of subsystems must have first drafts of their 
documentation by end
of August. These are systems that are already in the hall (e.g. 
PCal/FTOF/LTCC ...). Some
time around mid August we will ask subsystem leads to have a brief 
report on the progress.
