[Hallb] Jlab Open House sign-up

Hello Hall B;

Now is the time to sign up for a morning or afternoon
shift at the open house on April 30.  As most of you know,
it is a lot of fun.  This year we will be in a tent near
Hall D (because Hall B is not open) and we will be adjacent
to some of the university groups.

Please sign up now.

Also, if you want to help with the content of the posters,
demonstrations and/or videos please email me.

Subject: Volunteer website still needs registrations

Hello all,

As a reminder, your volunteers in your facilities need to register on the Open House volunteer page. Here is the link:

The webpage will be open to the rest of the lab this afternoon so we want to be sure that your facility slots are filled so they are not accidentally filled by other people by mistake.
