[Hallb] torus magnet mapping

Hello torus mapping team and Hall B:

First, we have 7 volunteers so far from the collaboration to
help with the torus mapping.  It should be an interesting measurement
and I would like a few more volunteers.

We still don't know the exact date, but it could be as early as next week.

Regarding training: all volunteers, MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE HALL B SAFETY
WALKTHROUGH TRAINING.  You will need this to get into the hall unescorted.
Contact Eugene Pasyuk immediately if you are not up to date on your 
training,

Also, we will have MAPPING-SPECIFIC TRAINING.  Renuka and I will work with
Bob to design the training and will announce times as soon as possible.
Note that the training will be on how to work safely at height (on
scaffolding) as well as in or close to a strong magnetic field.
