[Hallb] Engineering run daily meeting

Folks,

As we already had an RC meeting this morning in conjunction with the 10 a.m. analysis
meeting, there will be no meeting this afternoon (we will resume meeting tomorrow). We
are also dealing with a fast dump of the solenoid magnet that occurred at 2 p.m.. If folks
have urgent things to discuss, please stop by the Counting House or contact the Run
Coordinator.
