[Hallb] Engineering run daily meetings - schedule

Folks,

The December portion of the Hall B/CLAS12 Engineering Run will end this Thursday
at 8 a.m.. Given that there are few remaining shifts and we require close coordination
with the ongoing analysis efforts, the RC meeting will be combined with the 10 a.m.
analysis meeting for the rest of the December run. 

At the present time there is beam being delivered to Halls B, C, and D as a result of
significant progress with the 5th pass separator operations that were realized
yesterday. We are now running in a configuration with reversed torus field.
