[Hallb] Standby shift

Dear all,

As I wrote in my previous email, we still do not know if beam running will happen today/tonight.
In the anticipation of that may happen, I want to initiate standby shift for owl Thursday. Let
me know if you can come for owl shift. I will keep in touch with MCC and PD, and will let you 
know by midnight if you need to come. Send me a phone number if you want to be called, otherwise 
I will comunicate via email.
