[Hallb] KPP run documentation

This is a reminder. 
Everyone working in the hall must read and sign run documentation: 

Conduct of Operations (COO) 
Experiment Safety Assessment Document (ESAD) 
Radiation Safety Analysis Document (RSAD) 

All these documents are available on the Run page https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/run-web/ 
There is the yellow binder with paper copies of these documents and signature list in the counting house. You should sign it when you come to the counting house.
