[Hallb] New run group proposal: Near threshold J/ψ photoproduction and study of LHCb pentaquarks with CLAS12

Dear all,

We are preparing to submit a new run group proposal to PAC-45 (for RG-A):
"Near threshold J/ψ photoproduction and study of LHCb pentaquarks with CLAS12" 

The collaboration review committee endorsed the proposal. The draft, ready for submission is attached. Please let me know by Thursday if you are interested to be a co-author.
