[Hallb] [clas_members] shifts cancelation

We received an update on the accelerator status. There may be a chance to receive beam on owl shift today . 
So shifts will resume this midnight 00:00 February 11 . We will notify if there are any changes. Check your email, logbook and run plan for the latest information before you go to your shift.
