[Hallb] Shifts

Dear collaborators, 

Accelerator recovery after holiday break is going well. The plan is to lock up the Hall B tomorrow on swing shift. Therefore we start staffing shifts from 16:00 Thursday January 11th. You are encouraged to come at least half an hour before your shift begins to have enough time for transition from previous shift. It is particularly important for those who had not had CLAS12 shifts yet. 

A reminder. All shift personnel must read following documents: 

Conduct of Operations (COO) 
Experiment Safety Assessment Document (ESAD) 
Radiation Safety Analysis Document (RSAD) 
Hall B safety awareness and emergency response guide lines (SAF111) 

They are available on the run web page https://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/run-web/ 
There is also Yellow binder in the counting room with printed copies of these documents. You have to acknowledge that you have read and understood them by signing signature list in the Yellow binder. 

Also make sure you read and sign new RWP otherwise you won't be able to get through the gate to the accelerator site.
