[Hallb] Monday and Tuesday shifts

Dear collaborators, 

Monday (January 15) 7 a.m. hall will go to restricted access for configuration change to FT-ON. 
Shifts are canceled from 7 a.m. Monday (Monday Day and Swing and Tuesday Owl shifts). Shifts will resume at noon on Tuesday. Tuesday Day shift should report to the counting house at 12 p.m.
