[Hallb] Engineering run update

Dear All,

We completed the first phase of our game plan for the January portion of the
Hall B/CLAS12 Engineering Run that studied CLAS12 with 5 pass beam (10.6 GeV)
in the so-called FT-Off configuration. Beam was terminated to the hall yesterday at 
4 a.m. to change back to the FT-On configuration. The hall was locked up today at 1 p.m.
in preparation for beam this afternoon with 1-pass beam (2.1 GeV). We will take data
until the weekend mainly to collect data for normalization studies. At that point we will
switch back to 5-pass running to complete the Engineering Run.

This week we will continue to have our 3 p.m. Engineering Run meetings (the so-called 
Run Coordinator meetings).The bluejeans connection information is given below for folks 
offsite.
