[Hallb] Shifts March 24 - April 16

Dear Collaborators, 

Since the Spring'18 run is being extended for additional 18 days, starting form the day when operation is restored with cut-off date of April 16 we need to be ready to staff shifts from March 24 through possibly April 16. We need volunteers. First we ask people who had their shifts canceled to consider if they can push their canceled blocks of shifts for some time after March 23. 
Those who can take shifts in this period please contact me and indicate dates and which shifts, expert or worker you can take. Try not to break blocks of four shifts. The priority is to staff shifts from the beginning of the period starting from March 24. If the accelerator comes back on-line earlier we will finish earlier and cancel remaining shifts.
