[Hallb] Hall is down due to magnets

Dear all,

By now some of you already know that we had a cryo event at ~4 am that brought down both our magnets. I do not know exact cause of the worm-up but it looks like there was a LCW problem on site just right before that. Currently magnets are cooling down nicely, we expect another couple of hours before we will be ready to energieze them.
