[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] detector status during the tour

Dear all

Beam has been taken off in preparation for the tours this morning. We expect that the Hall will be back in Beam Permit sometime around 12:00.
The counting house remains staffed therefore if during this period of down time you wish to put your detector into an off state, please contact the counting house and inform the shift leader to do so.
