[Hallb] Minutes of today's Hall B round table meeting

The meeting featured a status report from Yuri Gotra related to work on the CVT for the
development of the Kalman filter-based alignment code. Studies of the alignment are converging
and allow the central track reconstruction to meet the design specifications. Yuri also reported
on the ongoing work to optimize the central tracking reconstruction code and to study/optimize 
the track reconstruction efficiency.
