[Hallb] First RG-M RC meeting

Dear all,

We will have the first RG-M RC meeting today at 3:30 pm as announced before. Currently Hall-B is in beam permit and waiting the machine to configure 3-pass for us. We expect beam in the hall some time before end of the day shift. CLAS shifts started, the run plan for the first few days is outlined on the run wiki  -
