[Hallb] Minutes of today's Hall B round table meeting

The meeting featured a discussion of excited nucleon structure measurements to investigate
the emergence of hadron mass at an energy upgraded JLab24 to extend the program in progress
with the 12 GeV JLab upgrade and a possible bridge to the physics program possible at the EIC.
