[Hallb] hostless zoom meetings

FYI Everyone,

If you want to configure a Zoom meeting to let folks connect without a host/moderator present, in the "Options" section for the meeting:

1. disable the waiting room
2. enable the passcode
3. enable "Allow participants to join before start time"

That was important for transitioning from Bluejeans to Zoom for remote shifts, and it worked, and seems this probably has broader interest.
