[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] Urgent shift help needed

Dear all

We require urgent cover for the Worker Owl shift which begins at 11 pm 
tonight.

If you can help, either remotely or better in person, please reply asap 
to Bryan.

Related to remote shifts:

There are some limitations on the licenses for 2factor MobilePASS tokens 
needed for remote shifts. Even when CC removes  licenses that are not in 
use there could be other provisions in the queue before we can get it. 
Please make sure you have 2factor MobilePASS.
