[Hallb] [New Logentry] Follow-up: Hall/Beam Status

After another communication with the PD and Suleiman's entry, it seems there is no beam until noon tomorrow. We are roughly back to the same situation we announced after the 8 AM MCC meeting. 

In coordination with the PDL, tonight's OWL shift is canceled, and tomorrow's, Dec. 2nd, DAY Shift Expert and Worker should report to the CH at noon. In case of any changes, I will update you after tomorrow's 9 AM PD meeting. Apologies for the confusion of the day, but we were simply following updates from MCC OPS/PD. 

I have updated the RG-D runwiki Short Term Schedule: https://wiki.jlab.org/clas12-run/index.php/Run_Group_D#tab=Short_Term_Schedule to reflect the latest news! The Hall will remain in Controlled Access until tomorrow, following Pasyuk's suggestion.
