[Hallb] SAD start

Hello all,

Monday morning at 7 am beam delivery will be terminated and SAD will begin. All detectors will be turned OFF unless we hear otherwise from the system experts. Once the beam goes away all magnets will be turned OFF and secured with the exception of the solenoid. The target group is planning to do some NMR studies requiring energized solenoid. As usual, if you are going to do any work in the hall, coordinate it with Denny. There will be a lot of activities in the hall during SAD.
