Wednesday maintenance day

* beam studies 5:00 - 7:45 am
* beam down at 8 am (the latest)
* maintenance until mid swing

Hall B will go to controlled access probably aroudn 10am
(without radcon, we estimate that the beacon might stop flashing after 
an hour)

Will send an email around when Hall B is accessible!
