[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] Maintenance Day on Wednesday, Nov. 29th

Hi Everyone,

I just spoke with the PD, and he confirmed that the SL maintenance day was
pushed to Wednesday, Nov. 29th, instead due to what's going on with the
Hall A dump and the RadCon involvement in this issue. The RG-D runwiki
Short Term Schedule

has been updated accordingly; see below. Please let the RC, Mikhail, and
myself know whether you need access to the Hall on Wednesday. We will
update you with the beam downtime that day as soon as this information is
shared with us.

   - *Wednesday, Nov. 29th, 2023*:

• *SL Maintenance (Day shift)*:◊ The beam will be taken away around *TBD*.◊
Hall B should be switched to controlled access;- No survey is needed; we
will wait until the beacon stops flashing to perform any controlled access.◊
The beamline expert, Eugene, will ramp down the solenoid to 1/2-field at
his earliest convenience!◊ Access requests (so far):- Yuri et al.;- More (
*TBD*)
