[Hallb] [EXTERNAL] Friendly Reminder of Today's RC Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

I suggest having an RC meeting today to coordinate the remaining tasks for
beam tuning/activities tomorrow, given the target group made great progress
yesterday on getting the target to the level that it will be
condensing hydrogen and then deuterium. More details later once we meet. The
